What counts as a run?
One persona sent through your site once, up to 15 steps. Sending the same persona again after a fix counts as one more run. A run that fails on our side is free.
How fast do I see results?
Your personas are ready in about 20 seconds. A run takes about a minute, and you watch it live, so the first finding often shows up while it browses.
Do unused runs roll over?
Yes, on Pro and Team. Unused runs stay 3 months, so Pro can bank up to 180 and Team up to 750. A run uses your oldest ones first.
What are extra runs?
When Pro or Team runs out, sends stop, unless the owner turns on extra runs and sets the most a month. Each extra run costs €0.80 on Pro and €0.70 on Team and goes on your next invoice.
How many people can use it?
Free is for one person. Pro has 5 seats and Team has no limit, so product, design, marketing and your clients work on the same sites. Invite them from the Team page.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for.
Is this a conversion forecast?
No. Each persona gives you one reason to doubt or leave your page, in words, with the step where it happened. It doesn't predict how many people will buy.
What happens when Free runs out?
The Send buttons ask you to pick a plan. Your reports and replays stay open.
