Terms of Service

Effective from 15 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Barbwire is run by VectorLabs s.r.o., Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company ID 23149281, VAT ID CZ23149281, registered in file C 144170 at the Regional Court in Brno (“we”, “us”). Write to us at hello@vectorlabs.cz.

These terms apply when you sign in to Barbwire or use it. If you use Barbwire for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you may do so.

2. What Barbwire does

Barbwire reads a website you give us, builds AI personas of the people who could visit it, and sends them through the site in a cloud browser. You get a report of where they doubted or left, with screenshots and suggested fixes.

The personas and their verdicts are made by AI models. They are opinions to help you think, not facts, not a forecast of sales, and not legal, accessibility or security advice. Check what matters before you act on it.

3. Your account

  • You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account safe: anyone who can use it can use Barbwire as you.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to make a contract.
  • One person per account. Invite colleagues to your organization instead of sharing a login.
  • Tell us at once if you think someone used your account without your permission.

4. Sites you may test

Only submit a site that you own, or that its owner allows you to test. You are responsible for that permission.

Do not use Barbwire to:

  • test pages behind a login, a paywall or a block that you are not allowed to get past;
  • load, attack or overload a site, or get round its rate limits, bot protection or robots rules;
  • collect other people’s personal data from a site;
  • break the law, the site’s own terms, or anyone’s intellectual property rights;
  • copy, resell or rebuild Barbwire, or reverse-engineer it.

We may refuse a site, stop a run or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell you why first.

5. Your content

The sites, notes and corrections you give us stay yours. You give us the right to use them only to run Barbwire for you: to fetch the pages, make screenshots, build personas and write reports.

Only people in your organization can open your reports. A PDF you export goes to whoever you send it to. We do not use your reports to advertise Barbwire without your permission.

6. Plans, payments and cancellation

  • Free costs nothing and needs no card. Paid plans and their limits are on the pricing page. Prices include VAT where the law asks for it.
  • Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. Stripe takes the payment; we never see your full card number.
  • Extra runs above your plan are billed only when the account owner turns them on, up to the monthly maximum they set, at the price on the pricing page, on the next invoice.
  • Cancel at any time in the billing portal. You keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part-months.
  • A run that fails on our side does not count. If you think we charged you wrongly, write to hello@vectorlabs.cz within 30 days.
  • If you are a consumer in the EU, you agree that the service starts at once. You can still cancel within 14 days and get back what you paid, less the part of the month you already used.
  • We may change prices. We tell you at least 30 days before a change reaches your plan, and you can cancel before it does.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Barbwire running, but we do not promise it is always available or free of errors. We may change or remove features. If a change takes away something important you paid for, you may cancel and get back the unused part of your payment.

8. Liability

Barbwire is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost sales, lost data or indirect damage, and our total liability in any 12 months is at most what you paid us in those 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not let us limit, such as for intent, gross negligence or harm to a person, or your rights as a consumer.

You are responsible for claims against us that come from sites you tested without permission or from a breach of section 4.

9. Ending the contract

You can stop using Barbwire and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can end the contract with 30 days’ notice, or at once if you seriously break these terms. What happens to your data is in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a change that matters, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using Barbwire after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, cancel before then.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes go to the courts of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live, and you may use the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz) for out-of-court settlement.
